Personal Trainer - NASM
Improving Emotional and Behavioral struggles through Personal Training.
What Julie loved most about her childhood was the unity of her tribe, her family. The activities they did, such as hiking and camping, reminded her how being active together brought them closer. Those experiences are what inspired her to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. “Being active and eating right was something instilled in me even back then, and has given me some of my most beautiful memories.” Julie believes that anyone can increase their overall quality of life by putting their health first. It has always been an ambition of hers to help others and she is thrilled that she took the big step of becoming a Personal Trainer so that she could.
